The publisher and the included contributors are not liable for injuries or damage occasioned to any person as a result of reading or following the information contained in this book.

Return policy

If the Product arrives damaged or is not as described on the Product information page, balanceforlifejournal.com will accept returns as follows:

All returns must be made within 30 days after the Product shipment date.

In order to receive a refund, returned products must be unused and returned in accordance with the instructions you receive after contacting us at support@balanceforlifejournal.com

By placing an order through Balance for Life Journal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that the digital version of the book is not returnable.

Shipping

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, therefore you may only have a very small gap to change or cancel your order. If you do need to make any changes to the order, please email us at support@balanceforlifejournal.com. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.

Wrong Address

We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

For the USA and UK, you can purchase your copies here from Amazon (check soon for link)

For the rest of the world, we recommend purchasing our digital Balance for Life Journal. Please note that the digital book is only editable with an iPad and Apple pen.

Terms of sale

While we try to keep balanceforlifejournal.com product prices the same and accessible to everyone, please note that prices may change due to circumstances that are out of our control (supplier rate increases etc).

We reserve the right, at any time, to make changes to Products to improve quality. Towards this end we also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of any Product with or without notice.

Upon placing an order, and as your order is processed, your order constitutes an offer and shall not to be considered accepted until shipping information is transmitted. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will not process payment. In the event payment has processed, we shall issue a credit to your payment account of the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

For each Product ordered, you agree to pay the listed price for the Product as at the time you submitted your order, and applicable delivery fees.

You will be solely responsible for payment of all sales taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges.

Products will be shipped according to the shipping method selected your order is placed. All delivery dates provided by balanceforlifejournal.com are estimates and include order processing and packing time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped
